Tom resides in the Town of Ogden with his wife Susan and four children. Tom is a graduate, with honors, from the State University of New York, College at Brockport, and received his law degree from the University of Buffalo School of Law. Tom is a member of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations as well as a member of the New York State Injured Workers' Bar Association. Tom is also a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Issues Affecting People with Disabilities. Tom has appeared at thousands of Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability hearings and has represented injured workers before the appellate courts of New York and the New York State Retirement System.
